The purpose of the group is to bring photographers and filmers together by attending meetings or creating new work. Networking, sharing ideas, and knowledge is by far the most important objective.

There will be a new meetup in 2017 (Q3).  Stay tuned!

The first 2016 Meetup:

On Saturday July the 16th, we have planned our first Meetup in Amsterdam. We will meet up in front of the FOAM Museum in Amsterdam. We will not be participating in the Newton Workshop provided by the FOAM Museum.

Location: Keizersgracht 609
Time: 12.00 – 18.00
Public transport: Tram 16 & 24 Keizergracht (Vijzelstraat)
Ticket fee: €12.00 incl VAT and Helmut Newton exhibition
Please note that it’s advisable to buy your tickets online to avoid queues. You can buy your ticket here: https://tickets.foam.org/foam-nl.

It is prohibited to use your flash when you make photographs in the museum.

Programme
12.00 – 12.30 Welcome and speech by Joris Maas FOAM Cafe
12.30 – 15.30 Tour museum FOAM
15.30 – 17.00 Walk through city centre Amsterdam
17.00 – 18.00 Photo opp and permanent exhibition EYE Film Museum

Afterwards there will be an opportunity to gather for drinks.
